You will be asked to leave. • The areas available are the SECOND FLOOR ATRIUM, OLIVE STREET FOYER (which includes the staircase), and the GREAT HALL. • No movement of books, furniture or Library property allowed. • No accommodations are available for wardrobe changes. • All photography equipment must be self-contained • Please share equipment requirements and restrictions with your photographer prior to your scheduled session. • No large or additional equipment or elaborate lighting setup is allowed. Small self-contained additional lighting is acceptable. • Extra lighting and flash may only be used in spaces not occupied by library users at the time of the shoot. Weddings• ONLY the Bride, Groom, Photographer and one assistant are allowed inside the building for photographs. • Photographs of the entire wedding party can take place outside the building, as long as no entrances are blocked. • If you are arriving on a party bus or limo, please note there is no alcohol allowed on Library property. • All participants should be made aware of this rule. Any group in violation will be required to vacate the premises immediately.
